Founded in 1997 and based in New Orleans, Morgan & Co. has grown into one of the top ad agencies in the region. We successfully manage offline, digital advertising, non-traditional media strategies and media buys for well-known brands like Children’s Hospital, Touro, Morris Bart, LLC, Zea Rotisserie & Bar, Ruby Sunshine, Broussard’s, Louisiana Office Of Tourism, Hotel Monteleone, and Visit Baton Rouge.
We possess an intense knowledge of our clients’ industries and are skilled in all facets of audience analysis. We use smart media strategy that incorporates new ideas and hard-nosed media buying. All supported by analytics that captures a true Return On Investment (ROI).
The success we deliver hinges on our understanding of how audiences use media to research, gather and share information, communicate with their circle, and are ultimately shaped and influenced to take action. While this success is built on research, data, focused strategies and audience insight, it also relies on an intimate knowledge of both online and offline media, and how brands can use them to connect with audiences.
Our media strategies and campaigns are built on systems that capture critical brand sales data and the media investment that drove the conversion. It allows the team to reveal, with clarity, how the media strategy, and specific media tactics, is contributing to the brand’s bottom line.
In short, we’re experts in using media to produce value (drive sales) for the brands we work with… and we’re very good at it.
Our Ad Agency Team
As a testament to our efforts, we are proud to say that each year, over the last seven, someone from our team won an Ad Person of the Year award from the Advertising Club of New Orleans.
It’s not all work and no play. Living and working in New Orleans is a blessing. The food, music, culture, people and atmosphere are second to none…we sound like an ad for one of our clients, but we believe it.
Around the office, “Team Building” is code for having fun. We take it seriously and even list it as an item on our time sheets. So, when we invite you over for a team building exercise, just say yes. You’re guaranteed to have a good time.

Being ambidextrous allows her to tackle multiple media buying projects, ensuring traffic instructions get out the door and invoices get reconciled. Olivia is definitely an “all hands on deck” member of the Morgan & Co. team.
With a background in technical and speech writing, as well as information organization for the U.S. Department of Energy Strategic Petroleum Reserve, Olivia is instrumental in ensuring the details of media buys are executed on time and on budget. At Morgan & Co., she is responsible for entering media vendor invoices and contracts, weekly air checks, managing client FTP sites, building avail buy sheets, and pulling market research. Of course, Olivia’s a Tiger, armed with a B.S. in Marketing from Louisiana State University. She has a passion for cooking and baking, which her dad captured on video in her pretend cooking shows when she was young. Amanda Maynard
Morgan & Co. New Orleans Advertising Agency Team
You can take the girl out of New Orleans, but you can’t take New Orleans out of the girl. After leaving N.O. at an early age for Maryland, then on to Las Vegas, Amanda realized her heart (and taste buds) belong in the Big Easy.
As a media planner and media buyer at Morgan & Co., Amanda works with reps across all media types to help create channel plans that bring the agency’s clients and unique audiences together. Specifically, she is deeply involved in TV and radio buys, print and out of home tactics and digital and non-traditional platforms that have the ability to deliver opportunities to clients like Morris Bart, Frank Azar, Shelly Leeke Law Firm, Delgado Community College, NOLA Home Show and New Orleans Police and Justice Foundation.
Her background in the newspaper business and as Director of Marketing for a laser eye surgery center has provided a strong foundation into the world of media. That background includes managing commercial production for TV and radio, working with sales teams from all types of media outlets, writing print and advertorial copy, managing SEO and PPC initiatives, and developing concepts for promotional campaigns.
Amanda has a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from University of Nevada – Las Vegas. If you have questions about health insurance coverage and benefits, healthcare laws & policies including the Affordable Care Act, Epidemiology or medical terminology, just ask her. Yes, she’s a blast at parties!

Amanda Kennedy
Morgan & Co. New Orleans Advertising Agency Team
Ever wish you had a crystal ball to see a client’s reaction to an idea before you present the concept? Or read their mind to see how they define media success? We just got closer…
With over fifteen years of partner marketing, digital marketing and account management under her belt, Amanda decided it was time to take the leap from client side to agency side. At Morgan & Co. Amanda wears several hats, and gloves, and mittens. Hailing from Northern Wisconsin, where you jump around to keep warm and stay alive, we put her to task in several departments. Amanda oversees campaign conversion programs and processes for clients, builds and manages client PPC programs, works on client landing page call to action strategies, spearheads several strategic initiatives for the agency, and creates content for public events, in between everything else.
Her marketing expertise is the result of years working with Healthcare organizations such as eHealth and Medicare Solutions, Financial Services companies like Bank of America and Wells Fargo and consumer media brands like AOL, Fortune and CNN. Prior to taking her career online, Amanda spent years in design and retail marketing working for several toy companies including MindWare, University Games, inventor of Murder Mystery Party and Great Explorations, the nation’s leading producer of glow in the dark toys. Who doesn’t love noodling over a mystery under the glow of stars on a ceiling? Some days it feels like the media challenges clients bring to the table that we happily, and heartily, take to task solving.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B. F. A. in Illustration and Tulane University in Media Arts, Amanda lends a design perspective when called upon and is a member of the New Orleans Chapter of the American Marketing Association. Once a weekly tennis player, now forever a tennis enthusiast, Amanda is also a board member of the Friends of Atkinson Stern Tennis Center.
Enjoy my all-time favorite tennis scene from a major motion picture. No language interpretation needed.

Britt Hafstad
Morgan & Co. New Orleans Advertising Agency Team
Britt’s background is as interesting and diverse as that of New Orleans itself. Born in Minneapolis, Britt crossed the pond and moved to England with her family at an early age. Six years later, she returned to the star-spangled United States only to turn right back around, and – you guessed it – head back to the U.K. for fish, chips and tabloids filled with the latest royal gossip. These days, Britt is back in the good old U.S. of A. …we think. Actually, we’re not quite sure. What we do know is that someone named Britt shows up at our office each day, so we’ll take her word for it.
Britt’s experience in market research, analysis, social media and operational reporting brings a unique dimension to Morgan & Co. account teams. Her primary role is to analyze consumer and market research to reveal patterns that brands can use to enhance their marketing efforts. Simultaneously, she works with client sales and conversion data to decipher trends in campaign performance and efficiencies, with the goal of pinpointing patterns that enhance media investment return.
She credits her work on the Operations team at AKQA, a digital advertising agency in London, for shaping her inspiration for analytics, relationship building and cultural influence. Britt then carried that momentum into the academic world by collecting and analyzing research, and creating literature review and methodology on market research and analytics content.
Britt earned an M.B.A. from Loyola University, New Orleans, a B.A. in International Business and Marketing from the European Business School of London, and spent a year abroad studying at the EDHEC Business School in Lille, France. A proud Viking (her father is Norwegian), her favorite outdoor activity is downhill skiing, and she can never grow tired of eating salmon. In fact, during her internship in Oslo, she once ate salmon for dinner for two consecutive weeks.

Colleen McDonough
Morgan & Co. New Orleans Advertising Agency Team
If you come to our office for a lunch meeting and we serve Surf & Turf or Smoked Alligator Poor-Boys, you can thank (or blame?) Colleen. Being a quintessential local, her family owns the famed Parkway Bakery & Tavern just a short hop from our office. You should try it. It’s delicious.
As one of Morgan & Co.’s Digital Media Planners, Colleen is instrumental in the overall strategy and performance of online campaigns. Day to day, she works with clients and account teams to formulate unique ways of connecting brands with audience segments across native, video, display, email and a number of other digital channels. Colleen utilizes online traffic research tools, consumer insight and trend data, bid management and digital traffic platforms, and Google Analytics to drive real results for Morgan & Co. clients.
Previously, Colleen climbed the ladder in the sales department at New Orleans’ NBC affiliate, WDSU-TV, starting out as an Assistant, but quickly growing into a Digital Client Specialist role. As Digital Client Specialist, she managed all digital campaigns running through the station. From there she was promoted to Account Executive, creating and selling broadcast and digital advertising strategies for brands throughout the region.
Colleen’s background revolves around writing TV and digital creative copy, managing and monitoring TV and digital campaigns for delivery and performance, as well as developing concepts for major non-traditional advertising campaigns. Highlights from her time at WDSU include migrating ad trafficking systems during the busiest time of year with little issue, and concepting the Making 300 campaign, which celebrates the tricentennial of New Orleans. Past clients include popular and well-known brands including: The Historic New Orleans Collection, Mattress Direct, Raising Cane’s, Popeye’s, Blue Runner Foods and Herzing College.
Colleen earned a Public Relations Degree from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette (Aiyee, Ragin’ Cajuns!). Having devoted 18 years to tap and jazz dance, she puts her talents on display as a member of the Mardi Gras marching group Roux La La. Dubbed The Laughing Assassin, her latest passion is boxing, and she now has a goal of fighting in Friday Night Fights. If all that isn’t enough, get her into a karaoke bar and watch her belt out her theme song, “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” by Whitney Houston.

Geoffrey Fuglaar
Morgan & Co. New Orleans Advertising Agency Team
If you’re not from New Orleans, but want to fit right in, it helps to play an instrument. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Geoffrey ended up in New Orleans by way of the LSU marching band, where his musical skills landed him a full scholarship. Yes, he was part of the magic that happens on Saturday night in Death Valley every fall.
After graduation, Geoffrey stayed in Baton Rouge, cutting his teeth in the advertising biz before coming to New Orleans full-time as a media planner/buyer in the local agency scene. In the Crescent City, he was able to dive deeper into the media landscape and see all aspects of research, planning and buying under one roof. His advertising experience includes a wide variety of industries including tourism, finance, food & beverage, and higher education.
A self-described jack of all media trades, Geoffrey brings to Morgan & Co. strong planning and buying experience in both traditional and non-traditional media. His responsibilities include analyzing client and market research, and campaign performance, all to build a smart media strategy that helps brands engage their audiences.
Geoffrey has a B.S. in Business Management from LSU and is firmly planted in the Mid-City neighborhood in both work and play. He’ll be the first to admit that he has a fairly boring life outside of work. But to us, we think he’s fascinating, even if our raving LSU fans in the office are suspicious of his Alabama roots.
Open Positions
We’re always looking for amazing people who appreciate the world of media and advertising. So, while you might not see a position posted that fits your skills, send us your resume anyway. We want to know about interesting people who can benefit our clients’ initiatives.
