
Role: Assist with the planning and execution of campaigns across healthcare, legal, tourism and restaurant categories, among others. Work with account team(s) and the Account Director, to help build, launch and manage digital media campaigns, with occasional off-line media responsibilities. Monitor campaign performance to ensure predictions and goals are continuously met. Provide routine reporting and observations of metrics, contributing to the overarching value and service provide by agency to client.

Responsibilities
- Work with digital platforms in display, video, OTT, PPC, social media and others
- Design, launch and manage digital media campaigns
- Pull current/past campaign numbers
- Compile research on new trends, technology, apps and platforms to discuss/potentially incorporate into plans
- Bring new ideas and examples to conversation with account team, partners, clients
- Email RFO to reps (Follow up with those who don’t respond)
- Review vendor proposals submitted for consideration; conduct follow up calls
- Input tactics into Planner’s flowchart (Begins during RFO process as check list)
- Generate IOs for ALL media expenses, get approval by Account Director, distribute for rep signature (Follow up with those who don’t respond)
- Create/add items to spec sheet
- Set up tags, pixels and UTM codes, forward conversion pixels to website partner
- Traffic tags and client artwork materials to reps (Troubleshoot)
- Test everything for correct firing, dashboard for accurate reporting
- Monitor campaign performance, updating Account Director and team accordingly
- Pull weekly reports (GA, DCM, platform) to ensure delivery, pacing, optimization and conversion
- Present observations from reports, including recommendations to increase performance and reduce acquisition costs
- Optimize performance around creative, agreed-upon media and landing page performance
- Talk with reps about optimization and reallocation
- Build decks for client presentations in conjunction w/ Planners
- Reconcile vendor media invoices, elevate those needing special attention
- Assist as needed to ensure smooth invoice and client billing process is executed
- Follow trends, technology, apps and platforms to discuss/potentially incorporate into strategies
- Plus, any other request that benefits the client, team or agency
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of digital media planning/buying experience, agency side preferred
- Knowledge and prior use of software (Strata, GA, Ad server)
- Knowledge and utilization of 1st and/or 3rd party data
- Ability to prioritize, meet tight client and internal deadlines and multi-task
- Strong understanding of business strategy, trends and metrics
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment, with outside media sales reps as well as with current clients
- Independent thinker and ability to solve problems
- Strong organizational and mathematical skills
- Ability to establish good working relationships with agency teams, media sales reps and can effectively negotiate rates/makegoods, etc.
- Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions and recommendations
